With a background in Higher Education, eLearning, Instructional Design and Web Production, I enjoy working closely with team members to create engaging digital and face-to-face learner experiences. Core skills include:
Management: strong rapport building skills, client liaison, high multitasking efficiency, leadership skills, ability to delegate, and strong presentation capabilities.
Instructional and UX design: wireframing, developing personas & scenarios, storyboarding, scripting, functional specifications, information architecture diagrams, user flows, mock-ups and paper and electronic prototypes.
Technology: Articulate, Flash, Photoshop, XHTML/CSS, Office, PC/Mac, FTP/MySQL, Omnigraffle, Mind Manager, and various content management (eg Joomla/Wordpress) and ecommerce systems (eg Magento).
